In our commitment to provide an outstanding experience to all of our clients, “Palms of Passion” has adopted the following policies:

CLIENT PAYMENT
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to reserve your time slot. The remaining balance for services is due by the end of the day on the day of service. Same day appointments require a non-refundable payment in full at time of booking.

Late payments are subject to a $25 late fee after the first 24 hours, and a $50 fee for every 3 days thereafter.

If paying by check, checks must be received 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment in order to receive services. Fee for returned checks will be an additional $75 applied to your outstanding  balance.

To protect you and the therapist, “Palms of Passion” reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who are showing outward signs of illness, intoxication or recreational drug use. Neither partial nor full deposits will be refunded in such instances.

 
CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule, cancel, or reduce your appointment hours. If you fail to do so prior to 24 hours before your appointment slot, your deposit will not be refunded. Note: Appointments are considered rescheduled if re-booked for a date that is within 7 days of original appointment date.
 
LATE ARRIVALS
Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled appointment. Your service(s) will be shortened in order to keep on schedule and you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service.
 
NO SHOWS
Clients who fail to show for appointments will not be given a deposit refund. All future appointments will also require a non-refundable payment in full at time of booking for up to 6 months.
